Care for Seniors. Supporting Caregivers. Strengthening Communities.

Community of Neighbors is a faith-inspired nonprofit supporting older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities through hands-on programs and heart-centered service. Whether it’s delivering home medical equipment, leading caregiver workshops, or gathering for joy-filled community events — we show up, serve with love, and meet people where they are.

Home Medical Equipment Drives (HME)

Ensuring families and individuals have access to the equipment they need to age safely and with dignity at home. This includes wheelchairs, walkers, lift chairs, and more—offered through organized community drives and donation programs.

Joy Filled Cross-Generational Community Events

Creating spaces for connection, celebration, and shared experience that center and uplift older adults and their caregivers. These events foster multigenerational engagement, build neighborhood ties, and reinforce our mission of community care and love.

One Community. One Goal.

At Community of Neighbors, we believe strong communities are built when neighbors care for one another. Our programs bring safety, mobility, knowledge, and joy to seniors, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities — empowering independence and fostering connections across generations. Together, we create places where everyone can live with dignity, purpose, and belonging.

Neighbor In Need

The U.S. Census Bureau projects that by 2030, one in five Americans will be 65 or older. Age-related chronic conditions and mobility limitations are driving a surge in demand for durable medical equipment (DME), which is expected to continue.
